Job Description
Informatic Concepts is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and repair of Apple/Mac products with courtesy, speed and skill. Use of problem-solving skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems for Apple/Mac customers. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service, and technical proficiency in Apple/Mac products.
Daily Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position is to provide customer service and repairs for Apple-Mac products. •Execution and completion of technical requirements for Mac products (Hardware-Software).
Delivery of outstanding direct Customer Service and Support.
Experience/Education
Experience in all Apple Mac Products (iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, Mac Book, and Mac Book Pro).
Extensive Knowledge for all Mac-Products Installations, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Operating systems, Upgrading, and Recovery Solutions (Mac-Hardware & Software).
Excellent communication skills (Oral, Writing and Presentation).
Team player with understanding of “Customer First” priority, enthusiasm for the work, requires minimal supervision.
Multi-Tasking ability and highly self-motivated, organizational skills.
Stays updated on the newest IT and Apple technologies.
Training skills is also a plus to provide short training to customers.
