Test Coordinator 

Informatic Concepts is recruiting a Test Coordinator with a thorough understanding of testing/QA techniques, practices, and processes. Experience with planning and leading QA efforts. Prior experience with development or testing of healthcare information systems is a plus. Thorough knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle process. Prior experience managing large, complex, testing efforts crossing multiple departments. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to leadership. Ability to provide necessary support to the gathering and writing of accurate, complete test materials. Strong business analysis skills for capturing business/clinical scenarios and translating them into test cases and scripts. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills with an ability to organize and communicate thoughts clearly. Acts as a catalyst to resolve project issues and conflicts encountered by team members. Relationship management skills that include excellent listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Informatic Concepts is recruiting a Information Security Architect to be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise information security architecture and technology solutions to address the current and emerging security and compliance needs of the business. Contribute to the development of the enterprise technical security strategy based on their analysis and understanding of shifts and trends in the business, regulatory/legal/industry compliance standards, and evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and technical security solutions. Conduct research and analysis of various information security topics relevant to the business and communicates findings and recommended solutions through position papers and presentations. Collaborate with various teams throughout IT and engages in enterprise technology initiatives to ensure information security and compliance considerations are represented in future state decisions. Provide highly skilled technical expertise to assist in the planning, designing, implementation, and monitoring of IT enterprise security systems designed to protect the organization’s information assets. Areas of responsibility include participating in vendor risk management activities and serving as a security subject matter expert for secure system architectural design and configuration review. Develop secure systems and network architectures and assists other teams in securing their architectures. Ensure that information system design is compliant with corporate security policies, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other regulations that govern the security for Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and payment card data. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of four year degree, military equivalence or a combination of education and hands on work experience equivalence. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Five years of proven information security experience; information system administration, implementation or design experience; customer service experience. Licensure/certification/registration: Security+ or equivalent required. CASP, SSCP, C|EH, SANS GIAC, or equivalent required. One or more additional professional security or technology specific certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, CCNP, OSCP, MCITP:EA/SA, MCSE, MCSA, Network+) preferred. ITIL Foundation preferred. Additional skills required: Able to develop productive working relationships with business and technical groups. Working knowledge of information management systems, data structures, data analysis, and report generation. Functional Knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001/27002 framework, NIST Standards, PCI-DSS, and COBIT. Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present to a target audience. High degree of professional poise, presence, and personal integrity. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities. Takes responsibility and demonstrates ownership of delegated projects, tasks, and issues. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, organization skills, and analytical abilities. Strong understanding of the different layers in the OSI model as well as how they interact. Expert knowledge of security concepts and best practices for technologies including (but not limited to): Microsoft Windows, MS Active Directory, Linux/Unix, Firewalls, MS SQL, routing, logging and monitoring, authentication systems, wireless, IDS/IPS, proxy technologies, remote access solutions (VPN, SSL, IPSEC) with two factor authentication, Citrix, network access control, network security monitoring, traffic analysis, data loss prevention, etc. Ability to analyze and communicate strengths and weaknesses of network technology security solutions, as they relate to performance and cost. Strong technical knowledge of security in more than one of the following areas: applications, server systems, databases, networks, middleware, mobile devices/mobile apps, encryption, web, identity and access management, etc. Previous network and systems architecture experience. Technical knowledge of emerging security solutions. Familiarity with the concept of Defense in-depth a must. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office products and SharePoint. Ability to take direction as well as work with a high degree of independence. Teamwork oriented.
